This podcast found me at the right time. I am on a healing journey and this has been so helpful in navigating the path. Thank you so much for being a positive voice for us.
I am blown away by the “Dating mistakes to avoid as a love addict” episode it described me to a T as a recovered love addict. Every time I got into a new relationship I would have the Cinderella/fairytale fascination and OMG every one of those relationships failed I had to take a step back and evaluate myself because I got tired of the same thing!! Ooh how I cringe at it now!! But thank God for Ms. Shena Lashey and her dedication to her craft because it has gotten me all the way together!
Love, love, love the podcast very informative and I have grown so much from listening in the last 2 years. I recommend your podcast to my friends and family. I look forward to joining your retreat one day.
