by Elizabeth Harris, Tara De Leon, Maria Winters

Welcome to Wellness Rebranded podcast. You’re a woman in mid-life who’s tired of feeling drained, putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. You’re tired of battling food or your body, endlessly worrying about what you eat or the number on the scale. You’re done with the wellness fads, quick fixes, and extreme approaches that don’t ever work or last. You’d like tools to help you opt out of toxic diet culture… and shed the societal pressures that make you feel like nothing you do is ever enough. You’re seeking freedom, peace, and confidence. You want to connect with a community who understands the struggle and is moving past it with a fresh, inclusive approach to health, mental health and wellness. We get you… because we ARE you. Meet Maria, a mental health therapist. Elizabeth, a registered dietitian and Intuitive Eating counselor. And Tara, a personal trainer. We’re three licensed health or medical professionals with training, clinical experience, and evidence-based tools to help you boost your wellbeing and grow your health-promoting behaviors. We’ve joined forces in an innovative and unique collaboration because we know health isn’t one dimensional—and neither are you. And your whole—physical, mental, and emotional—health matters. Let’s connect and keep the conversation going! What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

This show has changed my perspective on health and wellness. As a chiropractor and wellness focused practitioner, this podcast really changed my perspective in that everyone’s version of wellness can look different- and that’s okay! This podcast helped boost my self confidence, and inspire me to be proud of who I am!

Ef0308 · Sep 2026

Reason I love Wellness Rebranded! 3 very intelligent ladies, who have great personalities, a sense of humor and give out phenomenal information. They interact with each other professionally and as a listener i feel engaged with their presentation.

Pajquilter · Jun 2026

This podcast is a breath of fresh air in a space that is so often dominated by trends and quick fixes. Elizabeth, Tara, and Maria bring a grounded, evidence-based perspective to food, fitness, and mental health that actually challenges the noise instead of adding to it. I appreciate that they are not just chasing what is popular but are focused on what genuinely supports your wellbeing. The three-host format works really well too since you get a dietitian, a personal trainer, and a therapist all in one conversation. Highly recommend for anyone who is ready to think about wellness differently.

G4L4Mc · Jun 2026

As a dietitian, I love the multidisciplinary approach this podcast brings to the wellness space. Rather than focusing on weight, this podcast pushes back against diet culture and gives practical tips to take care of yourself in multiple ways.
