What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Wellness Explained is both educational and optimistic. Sandy is the pure personification of a calming presence while also putting the science first and foremost. She has the perfect balance of understanding and connecting her audience but also trying to teach them something new, all with a positive attitude! The podcast production itself is very crisp and clear - it’s as if I am in the same room as her! I am still trying to catch up with the entire podcast, but overall I am super impressed. Overall, this podcast does its job - it helps me stay curious and it keeps me coming back for more!

NearlyNikki · Oct 2026

As someone who is easily overwhelmed, this podcast has been great! Sandy does an amazing job breaking down very dense, complicated topics and making them so much easier to digest. If you’re looking to learn more about wellness but don’t know where to start, this is an excellent resource! I’m recommending Wellness Explained to everyone I know, and I for one will be a listener for life!

Lonegan746 · Oct 2026

Sandy is great at cutting through the hype and trends to look at wellness through an evidence-based, science-backed lens. I try to be educated and intentional as a consumer, but it can be hard with so much misinformation on social media, especially in the wellness space. The name says it all - wellness explained.

phlyersphan · Oct 2026

Sandy has a great way of taking complicated wellness topics and making them simple and relatable. I love how it includes realistic tips! Highly recommend!
