These guys are the real deal - both have lived through anxiety disorders and have come out the other side. As someone who has dealt with GAD, panic attacks, etc etc I am so thankful for Josh and Drew. There is a lot of info out there, and a lot of misinformation, but following the advice of Josh and Drew is what helped me. You have to be courageous and brave but you can do it! So very thankful for this podcast 🙏👏.
