by Anna Dearmon Kornick

Welcome to It's About Time, a podcast about work, life and balance. Around here, we believe that busy is *not* a badge of honor, and that success and stress don't have to go hand in hand. Each week, host Anna Dearmon Kornick shares time management tips, productivity strategies and real-life advice to help YOU make the most of your time. From setting goals and staying focused, to making time for your family and self-care, Anna answers your toughest questions so you can stop spinning your wheels and start getting things done. Life is messy, so Anna doesn't hold back from sharing stories of personal struggle alongside the successes. In addition to deep-dive how-to episodes with valuable takeaways that you can start implementing today, Anna interviews other go-getters to find out how they juggle careers, businesses, family, personal development, travel and more. If you're ready to step away from the overwhelm and spend your time on what matters most, you're in the right place.

What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I literally have just finished my first episode of this podcast but I had to leave a review. I found It’s About Time from an interview on The Art Of Decluttering and immediately after listening to that interview I knew I needed Anna’s knowledge. She just seems like she has a lot of wisdom to share. I appreciate her backstory because it is so relatable to someone who really wants to have it altogether and seems to constantly lose control. Thank you for sharing this with the world Anna! I look forward to listening to all your episodes and try to apply your strategies!

I’ve been listening to It’s About Time for a couple of years now. The content is good, and I’ve picked up some useful tips. However, it’s pretty clear that this podcast is geared specifically toward women. I’m a full-time dad and entrepreneur, and over time, the tone and messaging have made me feel like it’s just not meant for me. In one episode, Anna mentioned she “usually doesn’t have men on the podcast,” which I brushed off at the time. But as I kept listening, the overall vibe—like a casual chat over mimosas with close girlfriends—started to feel more and more exclusive. If that’s the intention, I totally respect it. It’s just not for me.
