I was so excited to discover Liam’s videos on Social media and even more excited to find out there’s a podcast. I was an indoctrinated slave to keto and low/no carbs for more than a decade. I started seeing a registered dietician and started zepbound in April. All these tools (including Liam and this podcast) have brought me out of the cult of all sugar is bad for me and released me from the bondage of potatoes are the devil. THANK YOU!!

Love this pod! First found Liam through Instagram and have lost many entertaining hours of my life catching up on past videos. Just finished listening to the pod about exercise (December 2024) and for alternatives to swearing, might I recommend “firetruck”? I was hoping to enjoy this because I like Liam’s instagram for the most part (80/20 ;-) but by episode two they not only admitted they weren’t adequately trained or qualified in nutrition but managed to elevate themselves as being better for it while denigrating people that ARE educated formally. As formally trained dietitians are predominantly female I found this pretty sexist as well. Maybe it gets better but what a way to start it off in truly bad take and taste.
