In my top recommendation when people ask me what I’m listening to. My coworker and I started a weight loss journey together and my favorite thing to say is “it’s okay in moderation”. Obviously I got that from you guys. Very entertaining and informative. Makes you question everything you’re seeing online. Always looking forward to the next episode.
Helped me try and repair my relationship with food. It’s a long road but they have a great chemistry and are real people… also funny.
Rob and Liam’s content is helping me heal my relationship with food. They are science based and fear free. This is by far my favorite health podcast.
Love this pod! First found Liam through Instagram and have lost many entertaining hours of my life catching up on past videos. Just finished listening to the pod about exercise (December 2024) and for alternatives to swearing, might I recommend “firetruck”? It’s perfect - starts with F and ends with UCK ;) Looking forward to the next episode!
I was hoping to enjoy this because I like Liam’s instagram for the most part (80/20 ;-) but by episode two they not only admitted they weren’t adequately trained or qualified in nutrition but managed to elevate themselves as being better for it while denigrating people that ARE educated formally. As formally trained dietitians are predominantly female I found this pretty sexist as well. Maybe it gets better but what a way to start it off in truly bad take and taste.
