Mental Health · Stefanie Wilder-Taylor
by Stefanie Wilder-Taylor
Drunk-ish with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor is the podcast for anyone who’s ever sworn off alcohol… and then immediately wondered what the hell to do next. Hosted by author, humorist, and former enthusiastic drinker Stefanie Wilder-Taylor, Drunk-ish serves up brutally honest (and often hilarious) one-on-one conversations with people navigating the wild ride of sobriety. Some are famous, some are just your average legends, but all have stories about quitting drinking — the good, the bad, and the completely unhinged. No preachy vibes, no perfection required — just real talk about what it’s like to stop drinking without becoming a total bore. Video version available at www.youtube.com/@Drunk-ishpodcast

Stefanie inspired me to get sober. Her empathy, wit and relaxed interview style makes this a perfect combination for a relatable and motivating listen!
Thank you for bringing your wit and relatability to our ears, Stefanie. I loved your book and meeting you in San Diego at the Writers Festival last year and I’m now hooked on this podcast. It also brings these amazing 90s nuggets like She’s All That actresses and 10 Things I Hate About You references. I’ve recommended it to all of my sober friends!
Love the Drunkish book, Stefanie’s story is so relatable and honest. It really helped me in my early weeks of sobriety. The podcast is the perfect follow up to the book. With each episode I can feel her giving the spotlight over to the guest little by little. This podcast is going to be unstoppable when she finds that sweet spot between relating and projecting.
Love this new podcast from Stefanie Wilder Taylor. She has such a way to be down to earth and asks thoughtful great questions. Keeping the interview on track and exploring thier life story and how they came to sobriety. Keep it up, Stefanie!
