What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I am so eagerly looking forward to many more episodes. This is rare—to have such a palatable look inside different therapy modalities, and useful for anyone wondering which to try. It’s also soul-satisfying for anyone fascinated by the mysterious human psyche. And the best part for me is the sense of humor and humanity pervading all of it.

So happy to have another podcast by our dear Jeff. :) I’m an early career therapist and have listened to Jeff in the past for a little dose of shop talk and humor - Breaking Down is that but more educational, which I love. Love that the first episode covered psychoanalysis which is, at least for this girl, the most compelling of all the therapeutic approaches. <3
