I found DG at a time in my life that was the hardest to deal with, everything crashing down and all the self help gurus failing to help me. In came Derick and his podcast, IG, Book and then community, saved my life. He manages to break down these difficult truths to simplicity and always gives real life examples to drive it home. I somehow stumbled on this podcast while I was traveling and it was just what I needed. Your boy DG is always dropping some gems on every episode. I usually listen to episodes more than once to make sure I caught everything . I like to start my day listening to podcast and this one is definitely one of my go to.
