What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like if fruits, vegetables, and other unprocessed foods had a really good marketing team, The Doctor’s Kitchen might be it. The show covers a wide range of health and lifestyle topics, but I especially love the deep dives into specific foods and spices—things like olive oil, herbs, watercress, and other ingredients—often with the researchers who are doing the original work. It gets me excited about cooking for my family and about going to the farmers’ market. Dr Rupy seems like a genuinely kind, curious person and I appreciate his podcast style. Keep up the great work!

BenLomondAM · Feb 2026

Dr. Rupy is very knowledgeable and I love that he is not biased about the information he presents and the guests he interviews. He seems to keep an open mind and let the science take him wherever it leads, even if that conflicts with previously held beliefs.

CrazyPupMum · Feb 2025

I love this podcast. The host offers the listener to a variety of ways to up our lifestyle thus lifespan. The guests are well versed and I believe at the forefront of medicine. The docs are giving us new ways to experiencelife, love and food as medicine. I wish ALL new MD’s would have to take a nutrition class with emphasis on how to cook the foods that are beneficial… Also truly listen to patients when they are telling them about their symptoms. The USA could take a lesson from Europe . TY
