Anyone on a GLP needs to listen. So much useful info presented in an accessible way. These ladies will become your besties.
I appreciate all of the evidenced based information with a little bit of fun sprinkled in. I look forward to listening to your podcast during my walks.
These ladies have a lot of fun while discussing all things glp-1. I love how they aren’t afraid to bring in topics that some avoid.
Really appreciate the real-time and past steps to get to this place…health gain. And, changing the way these drugs are seen as, but more importantly, the way society sees this condition. I came for the inflammation reduction, as I had heard from another podcast, but have learned additional and invaluable helpful pieces in the overall GLP-1s/peptides. Life changing information.
I’m a strong supporter of GLP-1s and take Zepbound, so I appreciate the intent behind this podcast. That said, the execution makes it hard to listen. The tone often drifts into rambling, and the guest mix leans heavily pro-compounding without much nuance around the real tradeoffs. There are valid affordability concerns, but the discussion rarely acknowledges the risks around compounding or the role of pharma in making these drugs possible. It’s also hard to ignore the consistent praise for sponsors, especially when some have questionable “membership” pricing. Overall, a good idea that needs more balance and focus.
