What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Ryan and Mike have the most realistic, down to earth approach to parenting kids with ADHD! I have learned more about how ADHD affects function from listening to this podcast than I have from any other source. I love the encouragement to give opportunities for independence and to hold my son to a high standard as a young teen, so that he has the best chance at a productive and successful adulthood. You won’t hear these guys saying ADHD doesn’t exist, but you also won’t hear them allowing victim mentality, which is more than I can say for most “experts.” Thanks for equipping me to be a better parent!

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this podcast. There is so much great information without unnecessary filler. It’s just facts and practical ways to improve communication with your ADHD kiddo. After binging all of the available episodes I decided to sign up for Parent Coaching through GrowNow. This has been by far the best decision we have made for our 8 year old and for our parenting. Our home is more peaceful now than it has been in years!

I found this podcast a month ago and listen religiously. It has helped shift my perspective and understanding of the way my son’s brain works. It truly has helped my relationship with him and given me real life action items to help him. I just signed up for adhd dude’s monthly course this week and love it already.
