I have been listening to AtPeace Parents since my sister recommended this podcast to me. Casey Ehrlich’s brief, but well-thought-out advice and comfort have moved me from despair and fear to acceptance and hope in parenting my teen. I no longer feel alone.
I really enjoy listening to Casey because she explains her experiences with her PDA son in a way that allows me to understand my own PDA son. Before her I struggled to understand his disability.
When everything else failed, At Peace Parents did not! We’ve gained guidance that works, and reassurance that it’s ok when lowering demands and making accommodations doesn’t look like “good parenting” because we’re striving for something greater by healing our child’s nervous system. Thank you, Casey!!
I am beyond grateful for Casey and her work which has changed my family completely. My entire view of my child and my parenting, all for the better.
