What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Love this podcast. Lisa’s advice is well informed and caring and her voice is wonderfully warm and caring. The podcast has made the difference for my family more than once. When I’m overwhelmed with parenting the down to earth caring advice offered here help me feel I’m not alone.

Carrie SkyTree · Aug 2026

I listen to this podcast as a 12 year old girl, and the information is extremely helpful during my day-to-day life. I have learned many tools to cope with anxiety and other personal issues, and it has really been a game changer. Highly recommend. (Also, I think that Lisa’s voice ads to the overall affect)

Cacakekoo · Jul 2026

This podcast is my favorite listen of the week! I had learned so much from it and become a better parent because of it! My spouse recently commented on how my parenting has changed and I gave credit to Dr. Lisa!! Thank you Dr. Lisa and Reena.

Alwobl · Jan 2026

I wish I had discovered this podcast earlier, but the first one i listened to was so good I went and listened from 1(now on #40). This is great advice to help me parent my now 10 and 12 year old.

The Gabinator · Jan 2026

As a pediatrician and the mother of 2 teens, I listened to this episode eagerly because it comes up in my daily practice and my life. I was so disappointed to hear one of the hosts declare that she bought her daughter a phone at age 11 and both hosts confidently declaring that there was “no social media“ on said phone. Again and again in my practice, I see tweens and teens circumventing any social media restrictions their parents think they had. Any parental controls are an illusion. Social media is dangerous. Say no to a phone until 16. There, I did the Podcast over for you.
