Episode 154 on Financial Codependency stopped me cold. I've built a successful 30-year career managing complex events for major corporations. I'm excellent at other people's budgets. But my own financial life? Autopay and hope. Kate's definition hit me immediately: using money to make someone else feel okay so you can feel okay. I saw myself in every category she named, with adult children, with employees and contractors, with friends, and in relationships. The distinction between generosity and codependency alone was worth the entire listen. The reminder that you are not your employees' source, you are responsible to pay what you agreed upon, full stop, freed something in me I didn't realize was stuck. If you're a high-achieving woman who takes care of everyone but yourself financially, this episode is for you. Five stars.

Money and finance intersect with nearly every corner of our lives, and Kate brings a completely fresh perspective to navigating them. Her approach is innovative, inspiring, and unlike anything else out there. I look forward to every episode and always come away having learned something meaningful. We are lucky to have her doing this pioneering work.

I immediately felt shifts in my nervous system and way of thinking about money after the first episode. After 1 year of being in Kate’s field of listening to her podcasts, taking her free courses and reading her books, my financial abundance continues to grow and my nervous system continues to settle around money ✨✨✨

For as long as I can remember I have never ever felt safe around talking about managing my money. I was always comparing myself to other people and shaming myself in the process, believing that my problems are because I am not worthy less than other members in my family.. However, in listening to the podcast and participating in the good with money workshops, I have come to understand that I never learned about money and mimicked what I saw growing up. Now I feel relaxed and more ready than ever to make changes in my how I relate to and manage my money
