MHenry22 · Mar 2026

Listening to Catherine feels like chatting with a friend while cooking dinner. She is smart and funny and relatable. Can’t wait to hear more episodes.

I couldn’t press pause! Catherine brings inspired, relatable cooking ideas to the everyday kitchen. Whatever stage of life you’re in, there’s multiple morsels to be gained from the Not From Concentrate pod and Catherine’s vast experience. When it comes to recipes, she’s a master of combining practical with delicious. Feel like I just got to listen in on two experienced chefs dishing in the back of the kitchen after close. A great listen no matter what you’re doing at the time, but be prepared to laugh, scribble recipe ideas, and sometimes find yourself staring blankly while caught up in the conversation. This one is going to the top of my list!
