What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

This is one of the best podcasts I have listened to. There is minimal talk-over (which I hate), and lots of humor (which I love). Also, tons of helpful information. The hosts are engaging and as far as the technical aspects of the podcast, the sound recording is excellent. The only thing that would make it better would be to make it a video podcast, like on YouTube. I find a podcast can hold my attention better if I can see the people who are talking, but maybe that’s just me. Anyway, 10 out of 10!

PLIVSTER · May 2025

You had me at “What kind of biscuit are you?” History, humor, tips for bakers … whoever had the idea to do this podcast deserves a double raise!

Lee Fredricks · May 2025

Who knew a pod from a flour company could be so unique, informative, and entertaining?! This is a fab podcast for bakers of all skill levels to level up your baking and learn about the origins of your bakes. My fav flour has expanded to one of my new fav pods and recipe sources. A++

Dewey Fleszar · May 2025

I adore this podcast it is soooo good! Fun. Detailed. Personalized. Great hosts and funny. I am 60 and have cooked since I was 7. Biscuits have always been impossible for me and I have tried making them dozens of times since I was about 12. Finally after far too many canned biscuits I came across a recipe from Americas Test Kitchen on YouTube for drop biscuits. The trick is using heavy cream that you heat to 100f before adding it to the dry ingredients. The results are amazing. Crispy outsides, with warm and soft interiors. Just amazing. They are so good my daughter who is a chef has been using the recipe with some extra sugar as a base for strawberries and cream
