I remember liking this podcast a lot, but I just came back to it and was disappointed by how out of touch it felt. The episodes seem to barely cover any marketing strategies, and when they do, I can’t help but saying “I don’t think that’s actually how it works…”

It feels like they’re just churning out content for the ad revenue at this point, and there’s not much value actually being offered.

I used to really enjoy this show. But lately you’ve been tapping into politics and history, areas that are not in your lane. You’re parroting Trump talking points. I liked it better when you all shared what your expertise is in—digital marketing, AI and tips. Not politics and the economy. (Leave the economy to Kyla Scanlon. I think you’re both ethical and smart professionals and have valuable knowledge. But I don’t want to hear about how great a Howard Lutnick is or Elon is or what you just learned about tariffs. You’re tapping in with surface level knowledge. It is not why I listen and it’s turning me off.
