i could stop listening for a month and come back AND ITS ALWAYS WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR everytime i need some motivating words i click on it and it’s always discussing what im currently going through in life taking the bad just as much as i take the good this helps with not give up when im in my middle area i always continue!! words can’t even express how much this has helped me keep going when i want to quit!!
