I’ve been following Britt on social media since starting starting cognitive behavioral therapy therapy in 2022. My plethora of physical symptoms and physical pain turned out to be psychosomatic. Along with 18 months of weekly and sometimes twice weekly one-on-one sessions with my incredible PLC, learning from Britt about my nervous system helped me to put into perspective some of the WHY my body was reacting the way it was to old traumas/CPTSD. Britt’s work and the gentleness that she brings into her delivery is like a bit of salve on ripped open wounds. Now, this podcast just helps bring me further into my healing journey. It has reminded me of tools I learned in therapy and forgotten to put into practice. Thank you for what you do, Britt. You ARE making a difference in this world!
