A Really Good Cry

by iHeartPodcasts

This podcast won’t solve all your problems, but it WILL go through them with you. Radhi Devlukia brings you a new weekly show called A Really Good Cry, a space where we can embrace the real, the messy and the beautiful parts of life that can be difficult to digest alone, together. Tune in for a good ole’ laugh, maybe shed a tear or two, and join a community where you can have a really good cry! There's no small talk here, we are diving straight in and it’s gonna get real. Whether it’s raw, unfiltered conversations, debate and discussions of different perspectives and life experiences or going on an emotional rollercoaster. A Really Good Cry is there for you to learn, connect, and find comfort together - that allows us to see the world and ourselves with a new perspective.  Some episodes will also feature surprise guests, including celebrities, scientists, experts and more. New episodes drop every Tuesday. Tag @areallygoodcry on Instagram with your best crying face for a chance to be featured on our social media channels. Like, comment and follow @areallygoodcry on Instagram if you want the chance to be featured on episodes. You can also subscribe to get exclusive and bonus content. Radhi will give listeners the opportunity to be part of the show by responding to dms, comments, questions and more.

What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I love this podcast and all the different ways that health is tackled, whether it’s physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual! My only note is that sometimes the host interrupts her guests when they’re speaking so they do not finish a thought and when she’s finished with hers, they never go back. There are some places where I feel a point was not completed and I wanted to hear it!! haha That’s all. Other than that, this project is so great!

The questions, fluidity, and honesty of this podcast is the company you didn’t know you needed. Thank you for sharing your voice and asking the questions we can’t.

Es Jessica · Feb 2025

I have never related to an episode as much as I did with your episode with Terri Cole. I never knew there was a name for what I have and I’m so grateful for all the information in this episode. Now I know I have a problem and now I can begin my healing journey. Thank Rahdi for having her. Love your podcast.

Heidyeee · Dec 2024

This podcast is just real. I feel so seen in the best way and find the episodes I have listened to so far informative and very helpful. All the topics are relatable and I just love it so much!

Witch Marie · Dec 2024

I went through a podcast where it was just radhi and she talked for maybe 15 minutes but there were so many ads. Most ads I’ve ever noticed on any other podcast. Makes the episodes hard to get through. I love radhi but the ads are unbearable.
