Absolutely lovely in every way. Listening to The Wellness Scoop feels like having a catch up with your most knowledgeable friends. Ella and Rhi bring so much warmth, authenticity, and expertise to every single conversation. It is the perfect blend of science backed nutrition facts, lifestyle information, and encouraging positivity that leaves me feeling inspired after every episode. I love going on my walks and runs listening to this. Superb!

I have been listening to this podcast since the beginning and I really love it. As an occupational therapist I really appreciate the use of research to validate or not validate a claim. I really love how relatable this podcast is. I just finished the May 17th episode and I’m a little frustrated at hearing how much Ella is talking over Rhi. I know it’s so hard since so many of these topics are emotive and both of the hosts are so passionate. It’s frustrating as a listener so hear people being talked over. I think Rhi talks over Ella sometimes. Please allow each other the chance to completely speak.

This podcast is so inherently positive, it brings me so much joy every single week. I feel more empowered combating the daily instagram wellness nonsense out there because of your insight. Thank you both so much for all that you do!

So grateful this is twice per week!! Absolute favorite podcast at the moment - I’ve been a love time Deliciously Ella lover and now love learning more from Rhi. Perfect blend of upbeat and also informative on how to help with lifestyle!

roryygallagherr · Apr 2026

I usually really enjoy this podcast but lately every. Single. Episode. Rhi gives a lecture on going plant based and how good it is. As a person who eats both meat and veggies, it’s a nice reminder to eat more plants but it is unreasonable to urge viewers to go mainly plant based. I eat meat because it keeps me full, I enjoy it, and it gives me energy. Eating only plants would not give me the same amount of energy. Just as a carnivore diet is extreme to most people, so is vegetarian! Please understand this nuance. Ella is much more understanding. Plant based diet is not for everyone!
