The Underground Runner Podcast

by Lyleanderson

We are Underground Runners and you should be one too! An underground runner is a runner who loves to run. Some of us compete to win. Some of us are happy to finish dead last. Sometimes we dress up. Sometimes we don’t. Most times you find us running with friends....or sometimes alone...and if we aren’t running, we’re probably talking about running. We are here for great medals, well-marked courses and all the laughs you can have while losing your toenails. Tune in for new episodes about events and stories from the people who run them!
