This has always been one of my favorite pods. I love the vulnerability, and the realness in which you deliver it. I also appreciate your research and how it’s presented in a very digestible way. I’ve often found when I listen to a podcast. I usually like just the host episodes the best but I have to say you bring on very interesting guests with good content and I enjoy those just as much. So thank you for what you do and keep doing what you’re doing.

I’ve been listening to your show since Nov. 2023, it has become a morning ritual for me as I’m getting ready for work. I started listening when i was going through a difficult time in my life and relationship. Listening to your show became something I could control. It’s now Jan 2025 and am in a completely different space than I was when I started… I guess that comes with doing the work 🙃.

I like the healthy progression of your show. I think the shifts you have made have aligned perfectly with my personal healing journey. I like that you aren’t only framed around dating anymore. Dont worry about what any of the haters say. stop apologizing. And thank you for being my a part of my journey.

If you’re thinking about trying this podcast go for it! She is full of knowledge and really makes you remember that you’re in charge of your own life. If you don’t love how she speaks give it a few episodes and you’ll adjust!
