I found this podcast following my bypass surgery. The information provided has not only helped me to take better care of myself, but also to be a better advocate with my own cardiologist. Unfortunately, it is still a fact that women are not always treated as aggressively as men when it comes to cardiac health. Listening to Dr. London has made me a better informed patient who can ask the right questions. Thank you!

Dr. London provides science backed health and longevity data that I find not only beneficial in my daily life but also extremely informative and educational. Dr. London is highly informative and brings a unique perspective to his show. I particularly enjoy his science and peer reviewed studies, highlighting ways each person can positively impact their healthcare, through small changes to their habits. I love his emphasis on exercise and diet, including limiting things that spice glucose, and eliminating toxic elements like alcohol. Excellent advice from a qualified expert.

Dr. Jeremy London has completely transformed my life!! One of the first recordings/videos that made an astronomical difference was what Dr. London eats in a day (as a cardiac surgeon). It’s rare to find a health influencer, if you will, be so precise and insightful in the selection of foods in a normal day, as well as in the timing of when the foods are consumed. I’ve discovered the power of sweet potatoes and the unbelievable gift of IM8, as well as foods to avoid, implicitly. I signed up for Function Health via Dr. London’s special discount code and am elated to finally get a much clearer picture of my lipids, among other measurements. All of Dr. London’s podcasts are communicate very powerful and informative messages, while also maintaining an incredible element of admirable humanity that I absolutely love and greatly appreciate for the spiritual values it keeps me in check with. I was an aspiring neurologist or neurosurgeon (and a neuroscience researcher alongside that) for over 15 years (from age 6) and am still incredibly passionate about medical science (my favorite subject), and Dr. London’s content is the best, and currently the only, way for me to feel truly connected to that head space where my medical ideas and physician characterizations exist. All of the content Dr. London creates is better than liquid gold and I enthusiastically encourage anyone who is interested in improving their cardiac health, as well as their overall health, to subscribe to Dr. London’s podcast and get ready to change their diet and lifestyle for unreal gains in health!! With Dr. London’s content along with my own supplemental online research and support from my PCP, my LDL cholesterol dropped 37 points in one month… granted, I changed my diet like my life depended on it and was super consistent and diligent through it. I’m still working to make the numbers even better and do my best to show my support for Dr. London who is so generously shining a bright light for the world in the realm of cardiac (and spiritual) well-being.
