What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I probably just saved myself hundreds of dollars by listening to the Menopause & Muscle episode! TY for the factual information (and from REAL doctors)!

madastith · Aug 2026

I appreciate the accessibility of this podcast, which is grounded in actual science and the latest studies of obesity medications and treatments. We need more doctors who are willing to help patients distinguish the nonsense that floats around online from the actual science and no one I’ve found is doing this better than the Nadolsky brothers.

Blah Blah Yah Yah Yah · Jun 2026

Just listened to one episode so far but really appreciated their practical evidence based approach to weight loss. Reviewing the studies they sited will change my practice

Mustard19&@ · Jun 2026

My daughter has PCOS and has begun trizepatide and this podcast has been a great resource for information about Glp1’s, metabolic issues, weight loss, etc, etc. The style is laid back and interesting to listen to. Thanks, guys, for spreading great, science-backed information and sharing your personal experiences treating obesity and metabolic issues!

lovetolearn4 · May 2026

Love the concept for the pod and agree with them on many things at a higher level. Falls short on the actual information quality. Would rather they spend time on explaining the scientific basis for the topics they focus on, instead of repeatedly bashing other people they disagree with (whether warranted or not). Becomes tiresome quickly.

MO2467MO · Mar 2025

The gross mouth noises and mic bonks make it impossible to listen to this show. How do you not have better mic technique or an editor after this many episodes?
