What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Trish, I’ve been listening to your podcasts for the last three years. I always come to your podcasts when I’m struggling with perfectionism, self-doubt, or when I’m just being too hard on myself… and I always find so much light, freedom, and grace. I’ve listened to you when I’ve started a new job or when I’ve had to do something big and brave in my work and your words energize me and keep me going. I listened to you after I had my little girl and struggled with all things mom guilt… and you gave me so much wisdom that I can’t wait to share with my little girl one day. I listen to you when I’m just struggling and having a bad day, and your words bring me so much healing (like today 😊) Thank you for being so faithful with what God has given you. Thank you for sharing your story and being so authentic and true. Thank you for putting this content out there for so many people like me to listen to and be changed by. I appreciate you so much!

Hi Trish! Thank you for the work that you are doing and putting so much into it. You will probably never know the total impact that you are having on lives. For me, I struggle with perfectionism, even though I don’t want to be a perfectionist. For some reason, that’s just how I am wired. That possibly stems from collegiate athletics? However, I have been binge listening to one of your podcasts everyday, during my commute to and from work, for the past few weeks, and I already feel different. My chest doesn’t feel as tight, which feels amazing! In the back of my mind, I hope it isn’t just a fluke, but I don’t think it is. I really think your words have helped me. So thank you for that! I look forward to eventually listening to all of the podcasts. I’ve even considered the COC, as I think I could benefit from having a coach and an encourager. Thank you and keep up the great work! May I recommend a subject? How to deal with people in your life who are saboteurs. Thanks again!

Trish is so gifted in knowing what to say to build you up! I’m listening to this podcast on the regular to turn down the volume on my imposter syndrome. As the podcast host of, “Bossing Up: Overcoming OCD,” I understand how valuable it is to bring actionable advice!

Your podcast has been such a blessing in this tough season of my life. Listening to you feels like receiving a warm hug when I need it most. It’s as if you’re speaking directly to my heart, saying the exact words I didn’t realize I needed to hear. I can’t thank you enough for the comfort, encouragement, and hope you’ve given me. You’ve renewed my sense of motivation and reminded me that I’m capable of climbing out of this place of insecurity. Your voice, your wisdom, and your kindness are truly a gift, and I’m so grateful for you.
