What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I have found Neeta’s podcast to be so helpful for me being that I am a single mother who has also lost my mother at a young age. I feel her advice and encouragement for women is empowering. I am so grateful to have come across this podcast!

Whenever I stumble into a challenging moment, I’ve gotten into the habit of asking myself, “I wonder if there’s a Brave Table on that?” Most of the time, there it’s! Dr. Neeta shares such incredible insights, whether interviewing other experts in their specialities, or by sharing her own powerful experiences or knowledge directly. I’ve recommended The Brave Table to many people, and I can honestly say there’s something for everyone here. Don’t hesitate. Scroll through and pick an episode and dive on in! You won’t regret it!!

Christine K of Berklee · Jul 2024

This podcast is my absolute favorite! Dr. Neeta is such an inspiration. She’s been through so much and yet, her energy is vibrant and light and filled with joy. I found this podcast due to promos that were finding their way onto my socials for the release of her book, “That Sucked, Now What”. I was intrigued and went to check out her work and found The Brave Table Podcast. Having been through my own sucky moments for a past 7-year cycle, this podcast has been a daily/weekly reminder of the strength and power within me, and has encouraged me to get back up and forge on with creating the life I desire, no matter the circumstances. From entrepreneurship, mental health, emotional intelligence, grieving, relationships, to friendships - there’s always some pearl of wisdom of idea I can ponder after each episode. The guests are great- they come from all different walks of life, careers, life experiences - which gives you so many different perspectives to hear and learn from and Dr. Neeta doesn’t shy away from asking the “Brave” questions. If you’re looking for a podcast that will uplift, inspire, and expand your mind, I’d highly recommend this one!
