Man, I can’t say enough about how much first off, listening to this podcast during my Night Shift has helped me realize or come to the realization about my recovery how important it is, but also finding the tool of recovery app and actually interacting with Kai, and the other features of the app has helped me within this last two days I’ve been using the app so if you’re new to recovery or have many years in recovery, check out the app that is recommended because it helped me and I know it’s gonna continue to help me it’s a safe space and I feel a lot better after talking with Kai and coming up with plans to continue my journey.
