Gingers books and resources have really been helpful to me with my three children. In this season with a new baby a book is hard to get to but these podcasts are perfect for feeding serious and helping me thinking thru things in a biblical way
I asked a friend of mine for some parenting tips for my toddler who’s been whining. She sent me the episode on it and I just listened to it twice back to back! Thank you so much I really needed to hear it!! I can’t wait to implement what I’ve learned and listen to more episodes!
I have been a silent listener for several years now. I absolutely loved Katy, and she will surely be missed. However, Alex’s first show was truly amazing! It’s so fun to hear the mother-daughter dynamic, and as a mom, it’s heartwarming to listen to you both speak together. I wish Alex, Ginger, and Katy all the best in 2025! I can’t wait to keep listening. Excited to hear, wisdom and insight from Alex.
Thank you Ginger and Katy so much for the work and time you put in to making this podcast! It has encouraged me so much and really turned the trajectory of my thoughts to invaluableness of letting everything you do be done through the lense of scriptural wisdom. I recently turned seventeen and have been listening to this podcast regularly for almost a year and love it so much. Even though I am not a mother and won’t be one for a while, this podcast has really helped me to be a more understanding and obedient child(I hope:). It has brought to light the diligent love and care that Christian parents have for their children and has increased the thankfulness that I have for my parents and the work they have done for spiritual wellbeing-most without me even knowing. After listening to the dialogue of some episodes in particular it has really made me stop and think “wow. My parents really do love the Lord and really do love me”. It has also been a reminder of the truth of the gospel- that all the work of presenting Christ to your children is so worth it! The word of God is so true and beautiful that no matter how frustrating and tiresome parenting seems to be at times it is such a high calling and worth the all work training your children in it. Through listening to this podcast, I have also felt more grace in my heart towards my parents when they make mistakes. This podcast is so special to me- even the sound of y’all’s voices on it are so comforting and calming! I recently received the wise words for mom’s behavior chart for Christmas and am looking foreword to gently implement its outline in babysitting little ones as well as addressing the behavior of my own heart. Thank you both again for this podcast! I would recommend something like to Christians in all stages of life- parents or not!
