What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

What I love about the show is that SJH made TCM and feng shui approachable for the lay person. I also find the Chinese culture education fascinating. On the flip side, I dislike that I am left craving more depth in the conversations. Overall, I’ve recommended to friends and will likely continue to tune in!

Mind your Manners is literally my favorite podcast. I can’t even recall how I stumbled upon Sara Jane but I’m so glad that I did. I enjoy the guest speakers and Kelsey is awesome! All of the topics are informative, interesting and perfectly delivered. As a newbie to TCM, I love to listen to new topics and soak in all the information. Please keep up the great work! I look forward to listening to every new episode.

Mind Your Manners is a thoughtful and engaging exploration of how we live, care for ourselves, and relate to the world around us. The podcast beautifully weaves together conversations on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Feng Shui, wellness, culture, and personal growth. Sara Jane Ho brings warmth, curiosity, and intelligence to every topic she explores. What makes the podcast especially compelling is her ability to bridge ancient wisdom with modern life in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and genuinely useful. Each episode invites reflection rather than prescribing rigid rules. The result is a podcast that feels expansive, thoughtful, and quietly empowering. It is less about surface level polish and more about alignment, awareness, and living with intention. A truly enjoyable listen for anyone interested in cultivating a more conscious and well balanced life.

Listened and re-listened to the David Ghiyam episode and now am so intrigued to learn more about Kabbalah. Sara is not only a deeply curious learner / seeker, but she brings the best out in her interviewees!! 💗💗

Babutob · Nov 2025

The host is completely unqualified and giving medical, dietary and beauty advice. She clearly practices disordered eating herself and shares this information with her listeners - and cloaks it in Chinese medicine! My final straw was the most recent episode where this 90 pound woman who works out six times a week and practices restrictive eating, admitted to taking GLP-1s!! I’m disgusted and appalled. I’m deleting this show from my library.
