I’ve listened to many of these episodes and have found info that has also been consistent with other fertility specialists however often episodes feel more like a promotional first, informative (& evidence based) second. Some advice seems potentially harmful or just adds to the long list of fertility anxieties. For ex. The most recent episode listed peptides to improve egg quality, there is no regulation on peptides currently or their safety for users (see science vs episode). Often peptides you buy online are not verified and can contain harmful additives.
My husband and I have been going through infertility for almost two years now and are trying IUI for the first time in the near future. This gave me so much hope that we can be parents somehow. Thank you for your show and your honesty, and your lovely guests!
Listening to the Egg Whisperer pod has been an early step in taking hold of my fertility journey. Dr Aimee is reliable and authentic- her podcast has helped to educate me in a world that can feel very overwhelming. I also have two friends who have used her for fertility and rave about her!
Dr. Aimee is nothing short of a miracle worker. After three heartbreaking years of trying to conceive, I was devastated and beginning to lose hope. With my age and a history of endometriosis working against us, I honestly didn’t know if we’d ever be able to have a family. But from the moment I met Dr. Aimee, everything changed. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support helped me through some of the darkest times. She was always there, no matter the time—available 24/7, responding to emails within minutes, making me feel like I was her top priority. Dr. Aimee’s knowledge is incredible, and she used the most advanced techniques to create a plan tailored to my unique situation. She never gave up on us, even when I was ready to. Thanks to her expertise and care, we finally achieved what felt impossible. Dr. Aimee didn’t just help us conceive—she gave us back hope. If you’re struggling and need someone who truly cares and will fight for you every step of the way, Dr. Aimee is the one. We are forever grateful to her.
I enjoyed this podcast for a couple of months. But based on recent episodes and Dr. Aimee’s lack of citing studies to support her claims for new IVF add ons that have been debunked by studies, I have lost trust in this podcast.
I’m honestly over this show and the fact that all she does is get paid by sponsors to advertise tests and other fertility based companies. For example her episode on how to feel mentally well during fertility treatments provided zero information about how to actually take steps to feel well, she brought on the owner of a company who essentially said to go to his website and pay for a membership. This is not what a fertility podcast should be about. You should give your listeners something valuable to take with them. Unfollowing.
