I listen to roughly 30 podcasts regularly. Court Junkie is among those at the top. This one is so detailed and entertaining, I can’t wait for the next episode. I love Jillian’s calm even tones tell a story. Truthfully, I thought her lack of inflection would bother me. But it is exactly what is needed for this podcast.. It puts you in a trial mood. And that’s exactly what I love! Would recommend over and over and over!

No one else can measure up truly! I have been listening from the very beginning. I have tried every true crime podcast out there, and Court Junkie is by far my favorite. The research, the delivery, the production value - everything is right. I remember seeing her husband post about it on reddit years ago, and even then being a bit starstruck haha

I used to really enjoy this podcast and was a very early listener. However, I have gotten incredibly sick of listening to terribly recorded audio from court proceedings or police interviews. It doesn’t appear that much effort has been put into writing a podcast when most of the episode is inaudible recordings. There are no unique cases anymore and this podcast is frankly one of the more boring options out there for this genre.

This used to be my favorite podcast. I couldn’t wait until a new episode release was released. However, it has gone downhill. The cases covered are ones that are frequently in the media and have been extensively covered. You are releasing episodes 3 months after the case and there are already 12 other podcasts about the case. Please start looking for cases that are not well known.
