Thank you. Great information about food labels. I learned more about fiber and the differences between soluble and insoluble. I love your Healthy Goal Strategies.
Just as brilliant and sweet as in person! I love how Dr. Meg Mill makes conversation easy to digest and touches on topics that are relevant to most of us. I have been listening to this podcast on my daily walks and I’ve already recommended a few episodes to my clients! We love it.
I’m so excited about this podcast - that everyone who listens can benefit from Dr. Meg Mill’s knowledge about body chemistry and Functional Medicine. I’m lucky to have found her and be one of her patients. She has helped me more than any other doctor I’ve seen about my health concerns. I appreciate that she spends time with me at each appointment. I never feel rushed, but I am heard and taken seriously. I’ve read several books and articles on Functional Medicine and her approach is consistent with what I’ve read, but is tailored to me and my body chemistry. I find a lot of peace in that. Taking the Functional Medicine route is the best decision and investment I’ve ever made. Dr. Meg Mill gets to the root of health issues rather than throwing medication at symptoms, which has been my experience with most docs I’ve seen. She has helped me understand that medication has a place in treatment, but there are so many other more natural and healthier ways to treat underlying issues that will ultimately lead to healing rather than just “surviving”. Add this podcast to your queue and share with everyone you know!
I met with Dr Meg virtually as well as following her on IG. She has helped me eliminate headaches by looking at my health in a completely different way! It is nice to have another platform to tap into her fabulous insights and advice.
