Thank for you for this. I found you on Instagram. I am a tired dad. I struggle to let my wife and family know what I need and I just constantly keep moving as fast as I can all day everybody juggling work, two baby girls, family, marriage, and my health. Constantly find myself always on edge, tense, guilty, and no patience.
Listening to this recent episode, it helped me take a step back and hoping this is a point where I can better communicate what I need to be a better person, dad, husband, and son.
Thank you!
