What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

As a mom of a neurodivergent spicy kiddo I find Eli and her guests so thoughtful for families like ours! A lot of attachment/conscious parenting resources are only JUST beginning to think/talk about what neurodivergence’s looks like in families trying to attune to kids with a variety of sensory needs, regulation skills, and emotional tolerance levels. I appreciate Eli’s gentle and sturdy spirit that communicates “I am for you and your kid! We’re gonna figure this out together.”

I am so glad Eli has started putting content in podcast form again. Her posts are so relatable and digestible. The podcast feels like “more”..an elevation from her already terrific posts. And..Podcasts for me are for my time for fun, free learning..they can happen when I am driving, cooking, cleaning etc. It also got me to engage with her website. Brilliant! Thank you so much!!

Gdhajek22 · Jan 2026

I’m so happy that Eli is finally doing this podcast! I love the way she discusses complicated topics without shaming anyone.

Mablefable3 · Jan 2026

Eli is so helpful, clear, and to the core of what I’m looking for as a parenting resource. I am thrilled she is finally in podcast form, been waiting for this! Loved the episode with Alyssa Campbell, incredible amount of wisdom nuggets dealing with neurodivergence and all the ways it shows up in our family dynamics. Thank you, Eli!
