This is one of my go-to podcasts/resources for all things Metabolic Psychiatry-related, and much more. Dyane Harwood, Author “Birth of a New Brain-Healing from Postpartum Bipolar Disorder” endorsed by Kay Redfield Jamison et al. “Birth of a Keto Brain-A Vegan’s Exploration of Metabolic Psychiatry” (Fall, 2025)

Dr. D’Agostino & Co. literally helped me save my own life!!! If you are serious about your quality of health/life, definitely listen to all that they have to say. Their research is solid, and the information is always current. Thanks so much for starting your own podcast!!!!

BP-Wannabe · Jan 2023

This podcast couldn’t be more timely! This is a must follow podcast that gives insight into the latest research on all topics related to metabolism that’s thoroughly vetted and most importantly backed by science!

Jrfield12 · Jan 2023

This podcast could be so much better if Dr D’Agostino would spend less time on his research and more on his guests. When he asks a question (or 10 questions) he often talks about himself and answers the question… before letting the guest speak. I still get a lot out of this podcast but it can get very frustrating.
