My mom introduced me to this podcast about a week or two ago on my way to school, and since then, I have been listening to this every day that I can! I love the short length, and it’s a great way to start my day. I’m only 12, but this is so great! My 6-year-old brother also likes to listen to it too!
As a young pastor’s widow working through grief, I miss hearing my husband pray me to sleep at night. This has become my go to as I’m closing my eyes every night. Todays was especially personal. This podcast has been a blessing during a hard season.
This podcast is such an encouragement for me. I love the simple format of reading the Word, reflecting on it, and praying with it. Perfect to listen to in the car in the morning. Some reviews mention the editing—removing the gaps between sentences/words to make it shorter. I noticed this when I started listening to the podcast, but I believe they’ve stopped doing it because it is much better now!
I am thankful that the podcasts are in sync with the Bible reading plan at McLean Bible Church. My wife and I have incorporated Pray the Word in our daily morning worship with our kids.
