The fufu Nigeria episode is great! Host Peter J. Kim brings out the best in his guests. So funny to hear family members argue about recipes and complain about mother’s cooking. The episode’s music underscores the positive vibes and rapid exchange of tasty info.

I love all the sounds of cooking—the sizzling butter, the splashing pasta, even the fumbles and messes... and what a treat to get to hear what’s happening in the home kitchens of so many interesting cooks and storytellers. Can’t wait for more episodes!
