So much truth and wisdom in this podcast. I felt IMMEDIATE trust in the host, whose words convey deep knowledge, experience, and truth. Her messages in each episode are so focused, and she helps the listener grow without being top-down or coming off as "I've got it all together, and you don't." What a rich support for parents -- and therefore, for LGBTQ kids -- who might feel lost or alone. HIGHLY recommend for parents who want to learn how to best love and support their queer kids!

This podcast is an amazing resource for LGBTQ teens, allies and family members alike. My brother came out as gay about 5 years ago and it was definitely a shock for my entire family. We of course love and accept him unconditionally but we struggled to find the best ways to support him as he struggled with his identity in high school. My mom found this podcast a year or two later and it has been an amazing resource for both my parents and myself. Heather’s episodes are grounding and insightful and even though it’s geared towards parents, so much of the advice and stories apply to siblings and other family members and even friends/allies. I’m incredibly grateful for this podcast, it has taught me how to be a better sibling and just a better human in general. 💛🏳️‍🌈
