Your vulva has a lot to say, and we're here to translate. When was your last conversation about vulvas? We're guessing it was at your most recent OBGYN appointment, if then. But Dr Meredith McClure and Dr Ashley Fuller talk about vulvas all day, every day. Because just like any other body part, a healthy vulva is important to overall health and well being. So, what would your vulva like you to know? (First message: "I'm not the vagina!") In this podcast you'll learn the proper names of all the down-there areas, how to keep them healthy, what annoyingly persistent myths about your reproductive organs you can ignore, and so much more. Join us every two weeks for fascinating conversations with experts and learn what you should have been taught long ago. It's not about embarrassment, it's about empowerment! I discovered Labia Logic after hearing Dr. Fuller and Dr. McClure on the Ovary Active podcast, which I found via Dr. Jen Gunter’s Substack. I’m a huge fan of anyone sharing legit information about women’s health. As a maternal mental health specialist, I work with clients facing a wide range of adjustments — feeling blindsided by postpartum, managing the emotional labor and decision fatigue of being the default parent, suffering from PMDD, questioning whether their symptoms are perimenopause, experiencing infertility, recovering from birth trauma, and so many other challenges at the super busy intersection of mental health, physical health, and motherhood. This podcast is at the top of my trusted resource list, along with Ovary Active and Jen Gunter’s Substack and books, that I recommend to friends and clients. It’s difficult to stand out in a sea of pseudoscience, misinformation, quick fixes, and quackery when you’re simply providing science-backed knowledge, but these ladies have managed to make the truth sexy (and entertaining) again! Thank you, Dr. Fuller and Dr. McClure, for channeling your passion for reproductive health into educating women about their bodies and how to confidently advocate for themselves with their own healthcare providers. 💟
Omg this show is gold. So so needed for all women, no matter what stage of life you are in. Thank you for normalizing these topics. They are so funny and down to earth. A must listen.
Listening to this podcast tells me I’m not crazy. They are able to desensitize topics that many believe are taboo. Knowledge is power when talking to your physician.
These Doc’s are doing the Lord’s work! Each episode is informative and educational while also being light and humorous. Thank you, Drs. McClure and Fuller!
