by Confidence Chris
As a dating coach and disorganized avoidant, I've observed dating from the lens of my own experience and through the experience of others. This podcast is about sharing what is absolutely true, while focusing on how I can help you with dating, attachment, and putting an end to your unwanted patterns. Don't be afraid to DM me or ask me questions as I will use your personal situations as well as my own on the show. If you're craving a dating podcast that is real, entertaining, while still being confronted on your deepest wounds and insecurities, this is for you.

I find Chris to be incredibly authentic and honest, especially when sharing his personal struggles, motivations, and growth. His vulnerability with his audience makes him relatable and raw. Even if your own experiences differ from his, Chris offers a grounded perspective that encourages presence in your own life and trust in the process. His openness not only inspires but also genuinely helps others navigate their own journeys. This podcast is a valuable listen for anyone seeking clarity, connection, and confidence, not only in relationships, but also with themselves.
I look forward to hearing a new episode from Chris! He’s absolutely hilarious, real, and has great dating/life wisdom! This podcast has helped me understand and love myself more, and given me great insight on the dude psych !( it’s hard out here for a real one )! Definitely a highlight of my week. I hope you come out with a book soon!! Thank you! 😂💕
I went in with low expectations since most people can’t transition from 1 min videos from Instagram/tik tok to a full blown podcast, but there is actual good advice behind all the humor and his lil laugh. He doesn’t sugarcoat what his thoughts are on relationships and the habits people fall into and offers brutal honesty that you’d probably not get from your friends. Don’t listen if you can’t handle that.
I listened to the entirety of his last podcast with Jay and I was excited to see him start back up again. Chris will definitely open your perspective- if you don’t get offended by everything- on the relationships you have with yourself/dating/friends and you’ll see things a little clearer.
