Toddlers Made Easy with Dr Cathryn - Podcast Rankings and reviews

This is THE BEST podcast I have found for my situation. I have an aggressive five year old and am having a very hard time handling her. This Dr. “Dumbs” everything down into bite pieces of golden knowledge! I look forward to the new episodes!

I love these podcasts! Short and to-the-point. I can nerd out on deep dives into research and enjoy a good meandering podcast conversation — but I need something I can make time for and use immediately. Particular episodes (read: whining episode) I play multiple times, as a mantra and so I can internalize scripts to help me navigate the next trickle toddler situation. My co-parent and I both listen and it helps to keep us on the same team.

I appreciate the helpful advice provided. I find myself agreeing with so much of what is mentioned. “Yup my toddler does do all those things.” Thank you for making them episodes short and to the point. Very easy to understand and apply.

Dr. Cathryn has really helped me understand myself as a mom and put myself in my toddlers shoes. Which made it easier to raise a good well behaved child
