Jay is likely the most well regarded and followed figure out there in multifamily housing coverage. As an avid multifamily LP investor for the last 13-years, Jay has truly revolutionized my understanding of the asset class. He seems to know all the top players and is just an amazing one stop shop for all things multifamily. The podcast is the icing on the cake.
