Pat, AJ, and the boys have one of the best shows going. I work for UPS and can’t watch the show live, so having the podcast version is really nice to be able to download and listen to the following day. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you enjoy sports commentary especially the football.

I’ve been listening since the original Pat McAfee show debut and this show has taken a turn for the worse. I get that he’s pretty busy so it only makes sense to cut clips from the radio show but good grief it feels like no effort goes into the podcast anymore. It’s just generic sports talk with 15 ad breaks. The ads (which i typically skip) are incredibly cringey with him clearly laying bed stoned out of his mind. The Tuesday/Thursday/Friday schedule makes him late on every story so it just seems like he’s last on every take now. The Friday show itself should just be cancelled, it’s so half-assed it’s worth a skip every time. Heartland radio 2.0 has been incredible since the beginning and they continue to do well. Hope Pats show can turn it around but as for now I’m not listening anymore.

My sons introduced me to Pat’s show a few years ago because they loved how drama free it was. It was clever, and fun. The simple approach of people just talking about sports and laughing was refreshing. We are Packers fans and a couple of seasons ago, we loved seeing Aaron’s guest spots. BUT, that Aaron is no more, or maybe he never was “that Aaron” and we only saw that when we heard directly from him again and again… Either way, it is pretty clear who he is now. There is a time when you have to stop giving a platform to someone who is either self-destructive or suffering from any number of personality disorders. We were relieved when it was announced yesterday that the cringe Tuesday was over. But I guess it isn’t over given Aaron was back on the show again today. That’s just sad. I guess we’ll be shopping for something new to enjoy. This show was great when it wasn’t playing apologist to conspiracy theories and other Qanon dog whistle garbage. Thought you guys were smarter and maybe a little more aware of the responsibility that comes with having a large public platform. It is really disappointing.
