This podcast is honest, intimate and entertaining. Our relationships and sex lives shape so much of how we experience ourselves and others, yet they’re often treated as private footnotes rather than meaningful parts of our human stories. I love that the List brings these experiences into the main storyline with candor and humor.

I wasn't expecting The List to hit like this. I thought I was tuning in for another sex and dating podcast, but what Kirra and Elvira have created is something different. It's raw, real, and deeply human.
What makes this podcast work is that it doesn't shy away from the details. Sex isn't treated as a punchline or something to whisper about. Instead, it becomes this honest roadmap through someone's life. The messiness, the joy, the grief, it all comes through. You're hearing a life that's been fully lived, told by someone who's earned the right to tell it exactly how it happened.
