Dr Morreale brings a fresh voice and rare perspective to police science. He is a practitioner with real world experience who went on to become an accomplished academic and teacher. His expertise on leadership is borne from years having experienced good and bad leaders in his military and law enforcement careers and his academic study. His show is informative and enjoyable. No matter the length of your tenure in law enforcement you will learn a great deal about the profession from Morreale. His interviews are insightful and It is obvious that his guests appreciate his interview style.
