The amount of information provided is absolutely beneficial. I have seen reviews stating that it’s beneficial for rookies more than senior Officers but I would disagree. I would say this podcast is equally beneficial to both, and that these issues discussed affect all of us equally. Supervisors should be all over this podcast because, at the end of the day, they will be answering for what their Officers do. I appreciate the fact that, if Big E doesn’t have the answer, he provides solid information to allow Officers/Supervisors to make informed decisions. Please continue this podcast as it has already helped me as a resource for training. Great stuff.
