by Carrie Holladay

Join husband and wife as they share their betrayal trauma healing journey using a somatic-based approach. This podcast explores nervous system regulation, self-trust, and practical tools for restoring relationships with yourself and others. Whether you're navigating betrayal or seeking deeper emotional healing, you'll find insights, support, and expert guidance to help you move from survival to safety. Carrie Holladay is a Trauma-Trained Somatic Practitioner, APSATS Certified Partner Coach Candidate, and founder of Resiliently Rising, where she helps individuals heal from betrayal trauma through body-based, nervous-system-informed approaches. After years of living in survival mode following both childhood and marital betrayal, Carrie discovered the power of somatic healing—learning that true recovery begins not just in the mind, but in the body. She’s trained in Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Attachment Therapy, the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Treating Trauma and Affairs, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. Today, Carrie support survivors around the world in reconnecting with their body’s wisdom, rebuild self-trust, and create relationships rooted in safety, honesty, and connection. Her work blends professional training with lived experience, offering a grounded and compassionate approach to trauma recovery that helps people move from surviving to thriving. *This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
