True Crime · Times Union
by Times Union
After human remains were found during the construction of a new home in the Hudson Valley in April 2024, it took investigators nearly two months to identify them. When they did, the mystery only deepened. Through newly unearthed records, exclusive interviews and a meticulous examination of the evidence, reporter Phillip Pantuso confronts a haunting question: How does a woman disappear for 44 years, without anyone asking why?

This is the first local true crime podcast I’ve listened to and the story comes to life in a way I didn’t expect. I’ve been to that ShopRite. I know where that police department and that development is. I can’t wait for the next episode!
Great storytelling about a compelling and fascinating cold case. Highly recommend!
Really enjoying this podcast- the story is very interesting and it’s well told
I don’t even really like true crime investigative podcasts but this was fantastic. Really looking forward to hearing more!
Sound issues make it difficult listening. The host sounds like he is reading a script and every sentence sounds exactly the same. The volume/pitch of all of the voices goes up and down, making it hard to hear without constantly adjusting my device volume. I am going to keep trying, but probably won’t finish it.
